Salary: $195,780–$242,100 USD

What you will do

• Build large-scale distributed services and tools for detecting and addressing problematic content on hirify.global.
• Define and maintain integrations for the hirify.global Safety Platform using best practices and standards.
• Design high-scale, event-driven workflow systems, advanced investigative tooling, and intelligent 'Agentic' workers for the Moderation Platform.
• Manage end-to-end solutions from creation to deployment, including implementation, testing, deployment, and observability.
• Help evolve moderation infrastructure to meet new safety and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with scalable infrastructure and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Golang, C++, C#, or Java.
• Experience with Automation at scale.
• Experience with internal cross-functional product/customer support (Platform Mindset).
• Interest in Safety systems.
