What you will do

  • Lead development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term business strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans, coordinating organizational change.
  • Lead and manage strategic projects from conceptualization to execution.
  • Offer strategic advice on market entry, growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, promoting excellence in strategy development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting and organizational development, preferably in asset management or investment technology sector.
  • Solid project/program management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient research, writing, listening, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to mobilize stakeholders and form trusting relationships.
  • English: B2 required.
