What you will do

• Be part of internal projects aimed at implementing cost, efficiency, and quality process improvements.
• Focus on the seamless integration of new and existing digital solutions into business processes.
• Actively explore and identify how digital systems can optimize current workflows.
• Dive into existing processes to identify and analyze improvement ideas.
• Manage or assist in implementation tasks or projects.
• Help digitalize and automate processes to create a better foundation for data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Must be a student assistant or master’s degree intern.
• Ability to work independently and well-structured, maintaining a proactive approach.
• Possess an analytical and often data-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills to navigate different organizational levels and facilitate collaboration.
• Educational background in project management, business economics, management engineering, Business Intelligence, or IT management.
• English: C1 (fluent in speaking and writing) required.
• Availability starting June 2026.
