What you will do

• Design, build, and operate API and full-stack solutions for the travel portal.
• Work closely with fellow engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure high alignment.
• Explore engineering improvements for the team and the product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the product team, other hirify.global teams, and external partner teams.
• Operate autonomously with an emphasis on asynchronous decision-making.

Requirements

• A natural drive to fearlessly deep dive into an unknown code base while keeping their eyes on the goal to deliver results fast.
• Strong product thinking anchored in the customer.
• Experience with, or a willingness to learn, distributed system development in Scala.
