DevOps Engineer

Salary: 120,000 CHF – 150,000 CHF

What you will do

• Work hands-on across CI/CD, GitOps, and container platforms.
• Build and maintain deployment pipelines, managing OpenShift clusters.
• Support cluster design, automation, troubleshooting live systems, and optimising performance.
• Work closely with storage (ODF/Ceph), automation (Terraform/Ansible), and observability tooling.
• Collaborate directly with client engineering teams for platform containerisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer working on complex infrastructure modernisation projects.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and container platforms.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining deployment pipelines and managing OpenShift clusters.
• Experience with storage technologies like ODF/Ceph.
• Strong skills in automation using Terraform/Ansible.
• Familiarity with observability tooling in production environments.
• Ability to work 1 day onsite per month in Basel, Switzerland.
