What you will do

• Lead the team in delivering high-quality features within established timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java programming with Spring-based technologies.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in building productive team environments by providing structured feedback.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and implementing asynchronous communication patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
