Location: Hybrid work in Dresden, Chemnitz, or Leipzig, Germany. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm CET.

What you will do

• Act as a product expert within the Customer Care team, using strong development skills in integrations and iPaaS tools.
• Support customers with complex integrations to key production systems like Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, and ADP.
• Develop and maintain seamless integrations with various systems using iPaaS solutions.
• Advise customers on best practices for hirify.global APIs, SDKs, and iPaaS tools to create custom integrations and plugins.
• Provide in-depth technical guidance and develop integration solutions, creating comprehensive documentation for iPaaS implementations.
• Take ownership of support tickets and high-priority customer integration issues, diagnosing and resolving them with development expertise.

Requirements

• Outstanding German and English written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of technical support, development, professional services, or engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of web design with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Broad knowledge of web development and programming languages like TypeScript, Java, PHP, and NodeJS.
• Experience with common development frameworks like Bootstrap, React, and Express.js.
• Significant experience with enterprise-grade technologies like Single Sign-on, Active Directory, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software (SAP, Workday, Okta, ADP, HRIS).
• Experience with iPaaS development.
• Knowledge of security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment.
