What you will do
- Administer and maintain the HRIS platform (Workday), ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
- Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and privacy compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, test, and implement solutions.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Workday-related queries.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Support HRIS system upgrades and implementation of new modules.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Workday Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into HRIS solutions.
- Proficiency with Workday and experience with related people systems (Greenhouse, Lattice, Pave).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
