What you will do
- Develop deep product knowledge of hirify.global ONE across remote connectivity, endpoint management, and digital employee experience (DEX).
- Deliver clear, compelling, and tailored product demonstrations that highlight both technical capabilities and business value.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Commercial Sales teams in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Support the creation of solution designs, technical documentation, and follow-up materials.
- Assist with Proof-of-Value (POV) and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities, including setup and lightweight technical troubleshooting.
- Contribute to RFx responses, technical questionnaires, and internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical presales, IT support, endpoint management, systems administration, or related technical fields.
- Understanding of modern IT environments (Windows, macOS, mobile operating systems), networks, and basic security concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced sales cycles.
- Familiarity with SaaS, RMM, ITSM, or device management platforms is a plus.
- Multilingual skills (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, etc.) are a strong advantage, as the role supports customers across Europe.
