🚀 Junior Software Developer (English C2 required)

TalentBridge LLC is a fast-growing technology company operating across Poland 🇵🇱 and the United States 🇺🇸. Since 2025, we’ve been delivering high-quality, cutting-edge software solutions for international clients across multiple industries.
💼 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is perfect for early-career developers who love modern tech, want to learn fast, and are excited to work on real-world projects for EU and US clients 🌍.
We have a team of senior developers, but their English and Russian skills are weak, which makes it hard for them to get jobs in the EU and US markets. Salaries there are much higher, so we want you to help us secure senior level positions for them with their profile.
We will fully support you during interviews. For each successful hire, we will share 20 to 30 percent of the salary.
Our developers will handle the actual project work. If you prefer to take the job yourself, we will share 40 to 50 percent of the salary.
We have around five years of experience in this field.
💻 Required Skills & Technologies
🎨 Frontend Development
• JavaScript / TypeScript (basic to intermediate)
• Experience with at least one framework: React ⚛️, Angular 🅰️, or Vue.js 🟢
⚙️ Backend Development
• Familiarity with one or more: Node.js 🟩, Python 🐍, PHP 🐘, Java ☕️
📱 Mobile Development (Nice to Have)
• React Native
• Flutter
• Swift
• Kotlin
➕ Additional Skills (Optional but Valued)
• Basic AI/ML understanding 🤖
• Interest in UI/UX 🎨
• Git and version control 🔧
• Basic database knowledge (SQL or NoSQL) 🗄
🌍 Language Requirements
🇬🇧 English: C2 level (Required)
