What you will do
- Manage the entire team member lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, serving as the first point of contact for new hires.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain smooth office operations in France, including vendor coordination and inventory management.
- Organize internal company events and assist with external events, contributing to the monthly HR newsletter.
- Maintain accurate people data and draft HR documents.
- Execute HR processes such as payroll, scheduling medical appointments, and administering benefits.
- Support works council administration.
Requirements
- Native in French and fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of local legal regulations (social and labor law).
- 3-5 years of administrative experience within HR; experience in office management is a plus.
- Experience supporting payroll processes is a plus.
- Proactive and hands-on mentality to take on last-minute tasks and support colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
