What you will do

• Coach a team of embedded data scientists to deliver insights and strategic clarity.
• Own key metrics for onboarding, personalization, and lifecycle journeys to guide decisions.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation, from designing hypotheses to rollout recommendations.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to drive engagement and retention outcomes.
• Uplift experimentation and BI foundations across Snowflake, Looker, and hirify.global’s internal tools.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and set the standard for high-impact analysis.

Requirements

• You’ve led and coached data scientists within a fast-paced product environment.
• You bring strong expertise in experimentation, retention analytics, and lifecycle metrics.
• You’re fluent in SQL and comfortable with data wrangling in Python or R.
• You’ve worked with SaaS product datasets and know how to balance rigour and speed.
• You’re known for crafting clear, evidence-based recommendations that drive decisions.
• You love turning complexity into clarity — especially when guiding non-technical stakeholders.
