What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of software implementation programs within the Community Housing sector.
• Define, implement, and maintain program governance, processes, and reporting standards.
• Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and project managers.
• Build strong customer relationships, act as primary contact, and manage escalations.
• Oversee program budgets and contribute to financial targets.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in program management within software or technology consulting.
• Proven delivery leadership within complex software or technology environments.
• Demonstrated success managing programs with complex dependencies and robust governance.
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level engagement, influence, and reporting.
• Expertise across delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and PMO frameworks (PRINCE2, PMBOK).
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and contract management.
