What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional distribution strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage data center expertise to guide distribution strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Optimize distribution models for local nuances and challenges.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional distributors.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 to 10+ years experience in a senior leadership role within regional distribution.
• Proven experience managing distribution networks on an APJ scale.
• In-depth understanding of the data center industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage high-performance teams effectively.
