Customer Technology Advisory (Data Center Sales): Advising customers on cutting-edge technology solutions for data centers and driving profitable deals with an accent on technical architecture, solution expertise, and customer engagement. Focus on developing and delivering compelling demonstrations, proof of concepts, and cross-practice solutions to meet intricate business and technical requirements.

Location: Partially remote from Tokyo, Japan

What you will do

  • Advise customers on technology solutions, leveraging technical and solution expertise.
  • Support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery.
  • Develop profitable deals by integrating hirify.global's expertise.
  • Showcase credibility through engaging demos and presentations.
  • Coordinate pre-sales processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Build relationships with external alliance partners to co-create solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical architect or in a relevant role.
  • Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
  • Prior consultative selling experience.
  • Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) including: Application Data and AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise and zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network and Edge, Security and Resiliency.
  • English: B2 required.
