Network Manager

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Switzerland, requiring onsite presence as per business needs.

What you will do

• Design and manage Cisco Multi-Site and Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator (NDO) deployments.
• Implement VXLAN, BGP EVPN, and associated data plane forwarding within ACI.
• Integrate Cisco ISE, TrustSec, and micro-segmentation policies using ACI contracts.
• Automate network tasks using Python/Ansible for ACI REST API.
• Manage ADC platforms (F5, Citrix) including WAF, APM, and GSLB.
• Ensure operational hygiene: proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and ITIL compliance.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in network delivery/operations.
• Expertise in Cisco ACI, DNAC, Wireless, routing & switching, and enterprise ADC platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 4-7 protocols, SSL/TLS, DNS, and advanced networking concepts.
• Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform) for ACI and iControl REST API.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, ITIL.
• Experience in regulated environments and compliance-driven industries.
