Location: Prioritizing candidates from Vilnius, with workspaces available in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga.

Salary: 10 000 – 15 000 EUR/month.

• Deep dive into current technology and processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, streamlining, and optimization.
• Leverage business development understanding to ensure technology supports long-term business goals.
• Advocate sustainable team development through strategic growth, team optimization, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Focus on long-term strategic planning, anticipating future needs and preparing the technology to deliver top-performing products and services.
• Lead with the strategic intent to ensure technology drives commercial success.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams (minimum 50 people).
• Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives, translating business objectives into actionable technology solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of the latest technology trends and a strong technical acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively lead and motivate our dynamic team.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (bonus points).
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
