What you will do

• Generate innovative ideas for conversational AI strategy and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Architect, develop, and mature chatbot solutions for global, multi-market product scaling.
• Leverage pre-trained language models and AI-as-a-Service platforms, optimizing them through expertise in NLP and ML.
• Design and implement novel frameworks to evaluate agent performance at scale, ensuring resolution quality and safety.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to deploy, maintain, and enhance models for performance.
• Foster collaboration among peers and mentor junior team members in NLP and conversational AI projects.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in data science and machine learning methodologies, with experience in production environments, particularly for NLP tasks.
• Proven experience designing and building evaluation frameworks for generative AI systems.
• Proven experience with LLM agents, RAG, automated pipelines, and tool usage.
• Strong understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals and transformer models.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas, NLTK, spaCy, etc.) and strong proficiency in SQL.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, git, code reviews, and model lifecycle management.
