What you will do

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define high-impact problems and design data collection strategies.
• Process and analyze large volumes of unstructured text data, including tokenization and feature extraction.
• Design, build, and rigorously evaluate cutting-edge AI architecture.
• Execute comprehensive experiments, define evaluation metrics, and optimize model performance.
• Partner with ML and Software Engineers to transition solutions into scalable production systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on data analysis and structuring.
• Strong proficiency in Python and expert-level familiarity with ML libraries (Hugging Face, SpaCy, NLTK) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Proven ability to preprocess, analyze, and manage large-scale text datasets, and comfort working with SQL/NoSQL databases in a big data environment.
• Clear and compelling communicator, simplifying complex AI/NLP concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to cross-functional collaboration, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Demonstrated high ownership over models, from concept design to production monitoring.
