AI Technical Architect (GCP)

TL;DR

AI Technical Architect (GCP): Designing solutions with Cloud-Native Architectures in Public Cloud, with a clear preference for GCP with an accent on cloud security and event-driven architectures. Focus on applying knowledge of RAG and Vector Databases and leading architecture discussions.

Location: Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Lisbon office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).

What you will do

• Design solutions with Cloud-Native Architectures in Public Cloud, especially GCP.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of cloud security and “security by design” principles.
• Work with event-driven architectures and integration strategies.
• Utilize LLMs in the cloud (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or equivalent).
• Apply practical knowledge of RAG and Vector Databases.
• Lead architecture discussions with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar field.
• One of the following certifications: Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Solid experience in designing solutions with Cloud-Native Architectures in Public Cloud, with a clear preference for GCP.
• Proficiency in GCP technologies (Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Storage, etc.).
• Experience with LLMs in the cloud (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or equivalent).
• Minimum B2 English and Portuguese level.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, Llmaindex, or Agent Development Kit (ADK).
