What you will do

• Own, develop, and evolve the frontend architecture of our React-based application.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design and product to translate user needs into intuitive, reliable technical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging trends in React and modern web technologies to continuously evolve our tools, stack, and processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern CI/CD workflows.
• Define, promote, and uphold best practices around code quality, testing, and delivery.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade web applications.
• Deep expertise in React, including hooks, advanced state management, and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
• Comfortable making architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs.
• Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Actively leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proven success working in remote, cross-functional teams.
