Business Controller (SaaS)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid setup, located both in Stockholm and globally.

What you will do

• Own and drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze SaaS and enterprise sales metrics (ARR, pipeline, revenue recognition, churn, margin, cost structure) and translate insights into business actions.
• Build and maintain financial models for growth scenarios, cost rebalancing, and investment decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis, business cases, and sensitivity modeling.
• Improve financial processes, structure, and forecasting accuracy as the company scales.
• Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience from SaaS, B2B tech or subscription-based businesses.
• Proven experience supporting colleagues with insights, scenarios, and decision material.
• Proficiency with Power BI and similar FP&A tools.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Exposure to long enterprise sales cycles and project-based revenue.
• Experience from the Sustainability space.
• Experience with Dynamics 365, SAP, and other Enterprise platforms for supplier management.
• Experience in scale-ups navigating high adaptability phases.
