What you will do
- Provide creative and strategic direction for hirify.global’s digital touchpoints, including the marketing website, landing pages, and lifecycle experiences.
- Drive performance and innovation using research, analytics, and experimentation (CRO, A/B testing, UserTesting).
- Own the UX Design roadmap, aligning creative innovation with measurable growth outcomes and identifying opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Lead and manage a distributed UX Design team, ensuring all design work delivers on UX best practices, artistic excellence, and business intent.
- Act as a global design ambassador, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and elevate the role of UX within marketing.
- Champion digital-first design principles, evolving systems, tools, and integrating AI and automation into workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX, digital design, or creative direction roles within SaaS, ecommerce, or high-growth digital environments.
- Proven track record of leading creative and UX teams at a global scale, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic UX leadership and measurable business results.
- Experience building and managing design systems and collaborating with front-end engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing, and data-informed design, with proficiency in Figma and modern front-end tools.
- Fluency in English is required as a working language for this global company.
- This role is for candidates hired to perform work within Ontario, Canada only.

- Front-end development experience.
- Experience in the retail or restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in email builders, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of French, German, or Dutch.
