Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Lead the functional and technical sales process for hirify.global’s AI portfolio, designing AI-led solutions.
  • Represent hirify.global as an AI technical expert at conferences, events, and customer forums, delivering compelling presentations and demos.
  • Conduct discovery conversations, needs analyses, and identify functional/technical challenges to propose AI-led solutions.
  • Lead technical aspects of the sales process including solution design, architecture, and competitive positioning, assisting with PoCs.
  • Influence and educate clients on hirify.global’s AI capabilities and enable Sales and partner teams with AI knowledge and best practices.
  • Provide product feedback and respond to RFIs/RFPs with clear technical input.

Requirements

  • Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities with experience customizing and building PoCs.
  • Demonstrated success achieving strategic deal wins in software or technology sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively from C-level executives to front-line agents.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, team-oriented, and a strategic thinker with strong technical aptitude.

  • Background in call centre operations, telephony, or cloud computing.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, NLU/NLP, large language models, and UX/UI principles.
  • Experience presenting conversational AI and generative AI technologies.
  • Certifications or working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Experience with contact centre technologies, WFM/WFO, Talent/HR Management, CRM, or BI.
