What you will do

• Proactively investigate internal and customer staging & production environments using top monitoring technologies like Kibana, Grafana, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Perform monitoring activities with cutting-edge cloud technologies such as AWS ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and RDS.
• Conduct 24/7 proactive monitoring and adjustments to align with hirify.global's global customer base.
• Report problems, log incidents, and identify/categorize/respond to application, network, and system issues.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (DevOps, SRE, Product) to improve alert accuracy and reduce incident response time.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical area (Engineering, Computer Science, IT/Information Systems) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with SQL / completion of SQL academic course.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple activities, prioritize based on customer SLAs, and work well in a globally diverse team.
• Ability to occasionally work in 24/7 shifts – nights, weekends & holidays.

• Previous experience in the cloud industry/SaaS companies.
• Customer-facing experience.
