Senior Backend Engineer

What you will do

• Improve and develop web-based clients, including native apps, and RESTful web services.
• Work in a cross-functional scrum team to produce high-quality and tested code.
• Give and receive valuable feedback in the code review process and share knowledge with peers.
• Take ownership of topics you care about, from features to the quality of work and the work environment.
• Work iteratively, frequently pushing code, ensuring a good CI/CD pipeline, and automating where possible.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working as a Backend Engineer.
• Must have experience in Kotlin.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Good English communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding and appreciative diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB, Terraform, Docker.
• Understanding of REST and Microservices.
• Passionate for Test Driven Development.
