What you will do

• Develop and schedule social media content across various platforms.
• Monitor platform trends and algorithm updates to adapt content for optimal reach and relevance.
• Actively manage social channels, engage with communities in real-time, and handle brand reputation.
• Gather and consolidate community feedback, trending questions, and sentiment data for weekly reports.
• Liaise with partner agencies for KOL requests and monitor KOL implementation and performance.

Requirements

• Experience working closely with clients and confidence in presenting.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Relevant knowledge across social, production, print, and digital landscapes.
• Awareness of emerging trends in design and the digital space.
• Strong time management, communication, and team player skills.
• Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies, with the ability to learn and digest the benefits and features of AI tools.
