What you will do

• Conduct interviews with senior employees, business analysts, and process managers to identify knowledge gaps and collaboration challenges.
• Analyze current practices and workflows to recommend improvements for knowledge sharing.
• Benchmark best practices from other financial organizations.
• Develop a practical implementation plan for knowledge management solutions.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Business Management, Management Information Systems, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
• Social and extroverted personality, eager to interact and communicate with others.
• Ability to stimulate collaboration, network, and take ownership.
