What you will do

• Lead end-to-end review of transaction monitoring alerts and document findings.
• Draft and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with regulatory bodies.
• Optimize detection by continuously testing and calibrating monitoring rules and thresholds.
• Utilize forensic tools for holistic network monitoring of stablecoins to identify suspicious wallet behavior.
• Establish investigative standards, escalation guidelines, and maintain procedures; assist in responding to audits.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the transaction monitoring system and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in BSA/AML compliance and financial crimes, specifically within a regulated financial institution or high-growth fintech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ACAMS, CFCS, or equivalent) is required.
• Deep familiarity with blockchain analytic tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic), case management platforms, and model validations.
• Strong command of U.S. and global AML regulations, sanctions compliance (OFAC), and CDD/EDD requirements.
• Exceptional written skills to articulate complex investigative findings clearly.
