What you will do

• Ensure software quality through rigorous, detailed testing.
• Document and maintain the status of all problems in the bug tracking database.
• Communicate with other departments to prevent issues and correct existing problems during the development cycle.
• Thoroughly understand design documentation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of gaming and/or software testing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently regulate and prioritize tasks, and meet quick deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices for troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Technical Support experience is a plus.
