What you will do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to spec, design, and build features and systems.
- Partner with quality engineers to define, build, and maintain testing strategies.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and observability, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Grow your teams by interviewing and recruiting talented engineers to hirify.global.
- Work on a modern stack built upon TypeScript, React, Node.js, Java, Docker containers, and Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of software experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Passion for software engineering to build and ship great products.
- Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the San Francisco office.
