hirify.global is building a platform integrating Business, Development, and Operations (BizDevOps) to accelerate development using modern AI tools.

What you will do

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into backend systems and APIs.
• Utilize modern AI development tools to optimize coding speed and quality.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and Django.
• Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Contribute to an agile product development environment, applying MLOps practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy, and Django).
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into backend systems and APIs.
• Proficiency with AI development tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) and understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be based in The Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or similar.
• Experience with deployment tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of vector databases and AI data storage solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI model deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI development practices.
