What you will do

• Own the build and execution of Marketo programs, including event, webinar, gated content, ABM, and partner campaigns.
• Design and maintain program structures, channels, statuses, and smart campaigns, ensuring accurate lead flow and attribution.
• Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using Marketo templates, advising stakeholders on strategy, segmentation, and messaging.
• Implement best practices for QA, approvals, and launch readiness, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign and email performance to deliver actionable insights and maintain weekly/monthly KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, consent management, and email regulations, applying Marketo best practices for data hygiene.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Marketo experience.
• Strong expertise in Marketo programs, smart campaigns, and email marketing execution.
• Solid understanding of demand generation and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with segmentation, testing strategies, and performance analysis.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS for light email customization.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
