What you will do

• Lead strategic project work in cross-functional teams with clients, exploring and validating paths to delivery for key strategic projects.
• Support senior client and hirify.global delivery teams through coaching and network building.
• Help hirify.global win more work by pitching and deeply understanding client needs.
• Develop points of view and marketing content to drive awareness of hirify.global's capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the latest technologies and their potential applications.
• Represent hirify.global externally at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and transformation, with a strong understanding of delivering change in enterprise environments.
• Experience in developing and delivering new business pitches and proposals.
• Innovative and strategic thinker who pushes boundaries and loves thinking about commercially viable digital solutions.
• Ability to lead and communicate product, service, or transformation strategies to C-level stakeholders, demonstrating a strong understanding of ROI and business benefits of digital change.
• Deep knowledge of how products and services are built, launched, and grown from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to employ a varied toolkit of frameworks and techniques from consulting, design, technology, and related fields.
