Product Owner (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Owner (Fintech): Developing and maintaining the Lucy software platform for e-invoicing with an accent on strategic co-ownership, product vision, roadmap, and execution. Focus on user value delivery, continuous discovery, and optimizing product performance in a B2C SaaS environment.

Location: Hybrid in Antwerpen, Belgium. Possibility of Workation: up to 5 weeks per year of remote work.

What you will do

• Develop a compelling product vision and data-driven roadmap for the mobile application.
• Lead continuous product discovery, including user interviews, market analysis, and prototype testing.
• Craft high-quality epics and detailed user stories, maintaining a prioritized backlog.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Development, Go-To-Market, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate feature adoption and performance using product analytics and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager.
• Proven experience managing an end-user product in a B2C SaaS environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Proven ability to use data (quantitative and qualitative) to drive decisions.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Pendo, AzureDevOps, Jira, Notion).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Technical understanding.
• Experience with Peppol / e-invoicing.
• Dutch language skills.
