What you will do

• Lead the development of a fast, accessible, and scalable web experience.
• Build new features and refine the architecture with a focus on the end-user.
• Collaborate with developers, product designers, and business teams.
• Continuously improve the platform across desktop and mobile.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of core web technologies (HTML/DOM, HTTP, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experienced in building and scaling modern web applications.
• Proficient in state management and caching (preferably in Svelte or similar frameworks).
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and accessible code.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Svelte/SvelteKit and Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with developer tooling and internal workflows.
