Salary: 18,000–28,000 PLN net + VAT (B2B) or 13,000–21,000 PLN gross (permanent contract) per month.

What you will do

• Build and maintain production-grade backend software focusing on quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop backend features and services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with other engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Contribute to software design using established engineering principles.
• Work in an agile environment and participate in team ceremonies.
• Support continuous improvement of backend development practices and tooling.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development using Java (7+) and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and maintaining REST API and working with WebSockets.
• Understanding of software design principles and backend architectural patterns.
• Experience with unit and integration testing (BDD or TDD practices).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or similar environments) and DevOps principles.
• Very good English (B2+).
• Must have a work permit for Poland.
