Site Reliability Engineer

TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer: Building and operating reliable, scalable cloud platforms for next-generation products with an accent on infrastructure as code, observability, and incident response. What you will do

• Build, operate, and scale cloud-native SaaS platforms used by thousands of users.
• Design and maintain reproducible infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Helm.
• Define and improve practices around availability, observability, monitoring, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Support authentication and authorization in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to bring features into production reliably.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austin, TX.
• Strong reliability-driven mindset for stable, scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience building and operating cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure.
• Comfortable running and supporting production Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency in using code and Infrastructure as Code tools to eliminate manual work.
• Strong Linux and networking knowledge, understanding distributed systems behavior.
• English: B2 required.
