About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at Playtronix, where we’re building innovative software for the online casino industry. In this role, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile processes, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and alignment with business priorities. You will act as a coach, mentor, and servant leader - helping teams deliver high-quality solutions on time while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Objectives
Facilitate and coordinate Agile processes across the organization.
Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and best practices.
Ensure tasks are completed to requirements, balancing technical and business priorities.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and optimize delivery.
Enhance processes, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Sprint & Release Planning: Define scope, goals, and timelines for sprints/releases, ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
Team Facilitation: Coordinate daily work across development, QA, and design; remove blockers; keep the team focused and productive.
Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, address obstacles proactively, and maintain delivery momentum.
Business Alignment: Provide clear, consistent updates on scope, schedule, risks, and issues.
Delivery Tracking: Monitor sprint progress using Jira automation and other tools; maintain quality standards; drive continuous improvement.
Coaching & Mentoring: Support team growth, encourage collaboration, and strengthen Agile maturity.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English and Russian (B2+).
Experience with task prioritization techniques and backlog management.
Hands-on experience with Jira automation and Agile project tracking.
Ability to manage and report on scope, schedule, risks, and issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Experience with microservices development.
Background in Fintech or iGaming industry.
Process optimization expertise.
Familiarity with SAFe or Kanban frameworks.
General understanding of programming concepts.
Startup experience.
