What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity engagements from initial discovery and assessment through solution definition and execution oversight.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate business objectives into security requirements and align outcomes with organizational strategy.
• Define and optimize cybersecurity processes and governance models, leading modernization initiatives including orchestration, automation, and AI adoption.
• Oversee the development of security roadmaps, including prioritization of initiatives and definition of milestones.
• Guide multidisciplinary consulting teams, managing resource planning and financial oversight.
• Support new cybersecurity offerings and service lines, including pre-sales activities and tailored solution design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Telecommunications.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, C-CISO required.
• Strong experience in defining complex security architectures aligned with the NIST framework.
• Proven experience in business development through consultative and technology advisory approaches.
• Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English (B2 level or higher).
• Must work a full-time 8x5 schedule, hybrid or on-site in Barcelona.
