What you will do

• Manage, track, and report on software release efforts across product, engineering, QA, IT, and business teams.
• Drive prioritization with squads and communicate critical project plans, commitments, and changes.
• Coordinate the creation of detailed release notes, runbooks, and platform architecture diagrams.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and facilitate deployment Go/No-Go meetings.
• Support release events, including communication and coordinating issue resolution.
• Continuously work towards making improvements in the release process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ Years of experience in Release Management, Release Engineer, Project/Program Management, or Agile methodologies.
• 3+ Years of experience facilitating software delivery projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Teams, and Power BI.
• Understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, Lean).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
