What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions that drive product growth.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and set engineering standards for the team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and optimize system performance.
• Drive experimentation and rapid iteration, leveraging data to maximize product impact.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, high-impact software products.
• Strong technical leadership skills with experience guiding teams through complex architectural decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across disciplines.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of large-scale web applications and systems, including operational aspects.
• Experience driving technical direction in multi-entity SaaS architectures.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in React or similar frontend frameworks for UI development.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
