🦄 Description
Inviox Studios is looking for a Senior Gameplay Animator with strong Unreal Engine experience to work on realistic and hyper-realistic projects. This role is suited for an animator who can take full ownership of gameplay animation workflows, from creating custom meshes and rigs to facial animation and clean, performance-aware integration into Unreal Engine. You will be expected to work independently and deliver production-ready results for real-time gameplay.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Create high-quality gameplay animations for realistic or hyper-realistic Unreal Engine projects
• Rig fully custom meshes and models without relying on marketplace-only solutions
• Build and animate facial rigs for in-game characters
• Integrate animations into Unreal Engine using Animation Blueprints, State Machines, and Blendspaces
• Handle animation retargeting and ensure clean, optimized workflows
• Own animation tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with character artists and technical artists when needed

📚 Required Skills
• Senior-level experience in gameplay animation
• Strong portfolio featuring realistic or hyper-realistic Unreal Engine projects
• Deep understanding of animation specifically for gameplay systems
• Experience rigging custom characters and meshes
• Solid facial rigging and facial animation skills
• Strong Unreal Engine integration skills, including animation blueprints and state machines
• Attention to performance and production-quality standards

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience working on PC and console Unreal Engine titles
• Familiarity with Control Rig in Unreal Engine
• Understanding of real-time technical constraints
• Experience collaborating closely with character and technical art teams
