HR People Business Partner — GTM (w/m/d)

Shiftmove is scaling fast across Europe — and the success of our people is at the heart of that growth. We’re looking for an HR People Business Partner to support our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and help build a high-performance, people-first organisation.
What you’ll do
— Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals
— Support organisational design, workforce planning, and overall team effectiveness
— Coach and enable managers through performance challenges, org changes, and daily people topics
— Drive talent development, performance frameworks, and succession planning
— Partner on sensitive employee relations topics, ensuring compliance with German labour law
— Use people insights and data to identify risks, recommend improvements, and evolve practices
— Collaborate cross-border with People teams and internal partners on global people initiatives
What you bring
— Strong experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, international environments
— Ability to operate effectively in matrix and multi-site organisations
— Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
— Strong change management capability and ability to improve team effectiveness
— Solid business acumen and understanding of how talent decisions impact results
— Fluent German & English
— Analytical mindset and confidence using people data
— Deep knowledge of German labour law and experience handling complex ER topics
Nice to have
— Experience in post-merger integration or large-scale organisational change
— Comfort working across cultures and functions globally
— Familiarity with HRIS and HR reporting tools
