You'll be working on fresh projects in the casual and midcore genres, with real drive and a love for the craft. 🎯 Who we're looking for:
• You live and breathe games — RPGs, MOBAs, Fighting Games; you don’t just kill the time with games at the bus stop — you complete them, analyze them, enjoy every bit, and come up with ideas to make them even better;
• You have around 1 year of experience (but passion and drive matter more than years on paper);
• You know your way around Unreal Engine Blueprints or Unity (bonus points if you have an engineering background or hands-on implementation experience);
• A degree in a relevant field is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker;
• You can comfortably express your ideas in ⚠️ English (C1 level) — we need someone who can clearly explain the why, how, and where behind design decisions. 🏄 What you’ll get:
• Work in a small, ambitious team of passionate game creators;
• Real mentorship and a chance to grow fast (You'll have a seasoned Head of Game Design from the US as your mentor — someone who'll help you grow, challenge your ideas, and bring them to life);
• A friendly and flexible environment (with at least 3 hours of daily overlap for face-to-face chats and brainstorms). • Official setup via individual entrepreneurship (self-employed), with 28 paid vacation days and 14 paid sick days each year. • We cover your internet and electricity costs if you're working remotely. • After the probation period, relocation to Armenia is an option (plus other cool opportunities).
