GAME UI DESIGNER INTERN - ICY STUDIOS (UNPAID)
Are you passionate about video games and have a keen eye for creating user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces? Icy Studios, an innovative game development company, is looking for a talented and creative Game UI Designer Intern to help design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our upcoming titles.




WHAT YOU'LL DO:
* Design and develop user interfaces for games, including menus, HUDs, buttons, and other interactive elements


* Collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs


* Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for UI/UX concepts


* Optimize UI for different screen sizes and platforms (PC, consoles, mobile)


* Gather and incorporate player feedback to refine UI/UX designs


* Stay updated on UI/UX trends in gaming to ensure cutting-edge designs






WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Passion for video games and a strong interest in UI/UX design


* Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and software (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)


* Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics


* Familiarity with game development pipelines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.) is a plus


* Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs


* A portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work (gaming projects preferred)
