Culture Implementation Project Manager

📍 Nicosia, Cyprus (Hybrid)
inDrive is hiring a Culture Implementation Project Manager — a key role for turning company values into real behaviours, decisions, and ways of working across the organization.

What you’ll do
— Drive the full project plan for culture implementation and embed new company values
— Collect & consolidate leadership input on cultural priorities and expectations
— Translate strategic priorities into structured workflows and deliverables
— Support all functions in building measurable cultural action plans
— Identify gaps, propose interventions, and ensure quality across all workstreams
— Lead cross-company communication in partnership with Corporate Comms
— Manage project cadence: steering committees, check-ins, risks, blockers
— Maintain project documentation: dashboards, trackers, playbooks
What you bring
— 3–6 years in culture, organizational development, HR transformation, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles
— Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments
— Experience working with C-level leaders (strong advantage)
— English B2+
— Strong written communication & presentation skills
