PRACTICALITIES:
📍Location: Helsinki (Swappie HQ), hybrid remote (our finance team gets together on a weekly basis, though)
📆Start Date: As soon as possible, negotiable
📝 Contract: Full-time and permanent
💰Salary range for this role: 6500-8850€ / month (the start salary is defined according to your experience & skills, and negotiated individually)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
1. Intro with Talent Acquisition Partner (online, 45 min). Let’s start exploring together if this role and Swappie as an employer could be a match for you.
2. Meet the Hiring Manager (online, 60 min). Let’s get to know each other further and dive deeper into the role’s competencies with our CFO Per Jalvemyr.
3. Financial skills assessment (60 min). Discuss with a future colleague and showcase your finance methodology, technical application, and problem-solving skills.
4. Culture & leadership interview (online, 60 min). Leading via Impact orientation, inclusion and growth mindset - explore the key pillars of our culture with Finance Team’s HR partner.
