🦄 Description
We are looking for a Senior level developer to join the R&D team and turn research prototypes into robust, well-engineered code that can be used by the Core Gameplay Team.
The main focus for the near future is working with Unreal Engine Physics Chaos. You will investigate, analyze, and recommend technology improvements, upgrades, and modifications while collaborating with experts to build a top-quality console project.

🚀 Responsibilities
• Turn research prototypes into production-ready, well-engineered code for the Core Gameplay Team
• Work with Unreal Engine Physics Chaos
• Investigate, analyze, and recommend technology improvements, upgrades, and modifications
• Share knowledge and collaborate with other experts
• Contribute to building a top-quality project for gaming consoles

📚 Required Skills
• 5+ years of professional C++ experience
• Strong understanding of classical mechanics, linear algebra, numerical integration, and collision detection
• Experience shipping at least one title or engine feature using a commercial physics engine such as Chaos, Havok, PhysX, or Bullet
• Experience authoring custom constraints or ragdoll systems
• System architecture experience
• Ability to read, critique, and implement algorithms from international scientific papers

👍 Nice to Have
• Experience modifying Unreal Engine source code
• Experience authoring plugins or custom build pipelines
• Contributions to open-source physics libraries or published scientific papers
• Experience with networked physics
