Marketing Manager / Head of Mobile Marketing (UA & ASO) at TOO Kimikosoft

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive growth for our mobile apps portfolio!
Key Responsibilities:
• Define & implement global mobile marketing and Go-to-Market strategies.
• Manage and scale UA and ASO teams.
• Oversee new app launches and major updates.
• Optimize the full conversion funnel and scale performance across channels.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven track record in Mobile Marketing (UA & ASO knowledge).
• Analytical Mindset: Expert in mobile funnels and data-driven scaling.
• English: C1+ , Russian: С2+
• Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
Nice to have:
• Experience working with international markets; in categories such as children’s products or edutainment.
